i've been away from my blog for a loooong time.
spending time with my family, getting ready for and enjoying the holidays, wrapping up my first experience with a student teacher...
i have just been busy.

so much happened this year...good and bad.
i plan to a "year-in-review" post...just as soon as i find a little time to edit and upload some pics.

but, for now, a list of what i'm looking forward to in 2010...{i've never really been one for formal "resolutions"}

in 2010, i am looking forward to:

*being in love with my husband
*lots of family time
*watching my girlies grow up
*hours and hours of creativity & craftiness
*getting {& keeping} the house in order
*being more active & making some healthy changes
*being more positive
*lots of ladies nights, game nights, cookouts, and bonfires
*learning about my camera & new lens
*taking thousands of pictures

tracy's church bazaar and the girls' first visit with santa.
jaden made sure her requests were secret...

kacy went for a "spin" with santa...

and monkey got in touch with her inner plumber while waiting for the bazaar to end...

and my mom-in-law got a new puppy...
she's about the cutest stinkin' thing i've ever seen!

it's beginning to look a lot like...

christmas!
yeah...i know i'm a weirdo.
and my christmas stuff has been up for 2 weeks now.

i debated with jackson because he put the halloween stuff out at the end of september...
my rationale was, christmas is bigger and better, so we have to put that stuff out sooner and enjoy it longer.

sorry for the lack of posting. i've been working my butt off to get this school year started on the right foot.

now i'm dealing with swine flu in my building and sick kiddos at home.

lots to talk about, just not enough time to say it.


soooo excited about scrapping tomorrow at the scrappink event! breast cancer fundraiser and scrapping combined...doesn't get much better than that!
